Different things work for different people. I found Slimming World good, WW better, but that was mainly because I hate the classes and being condescended to, and I could do WW online.

Aiden Jones gym - brilliant! Opposite what used to be the Lounge next to Asda’s car park! Realty friendly and helpful. Don’t let you use all equipment but will type programs to follow..... brilliant staff all of them

We need one of these in Biggleswade http://www.thegymgroup.com/find-a-gym/gym/the-gym-bedford/ So annoying the gyms are pretty expensive round here. Clearly it can be done cheaper so I don't know why it needs to be so expensive. Having said all that Aiden Jones fitness isnt too bad with its membership prices, but I think he might have reached his cap limit for membership.
