I love the folks over at Rebels, been a huge supporter of them since they started. a few tips.
1. Use the same barber every time, you can book them online through their Facebook page/resurva in like 5 minutes.
2. if you don't know how to explain what you want, ask your barber. The barbers there will take the time to help you explain what you want, (high fade, disconnect, hard part, etc.) they have pictures that you can look through to help. or you can come in with a picture and they'll tell you what haircut it is. they're all really good about this stuff.
3. just one time going through this and you will know how to ask for it every time. Knowing all of them, they want to give you the haircut YOU want, and are all more than willing to get you "in the know"

If you don't mind the north end of the heights, Austin's barber shop is awesome. Austin works Tuesday to Saturday. I have the best luck and shortest wait in the morning or mid afternoon. Super nice guy, great prices and easy communication. He had a fantastic memory for what you like.
