If you prefer a bigger cup over the ear mate the Technics RP-DH1200 are really good. I have these and prefer them to the Sonys. The HD 25 s have a really good sound but they feel a bit flimsy for me and I prefer the bigger cup over the ear. IMO Beyerdynamic and Sennheiser make the only competitive on-ear closed-backs. There aren't many choices that are appropriate for live/DJ use whilst maintaining a reasonably flat response. The HD25 s are marginally more comfortable and have easily replaceable parts, the Beyer DT1350 s have a flatter response and a slightly better build.
