I was looking into doing something similar. We stayed at Waring House once, lovely spot. And I found this recently http://pecwinetours.com no personal experience yet, though.

-The Waring House for a meal. Amazing food, amazing prices, quiet. (just outside of picton) -Fifth Town Artisan Cheese for some fancy and yummy cheese. (waupoos) Bloomfield has some *great* little shops on the main street. I like to do my Christmas shopping there...always neat little finds. And that time of year, there should be lots of apples to buy. Creasy's in waupoos has a large orchard
