Does anyone know someone who teaches yoga for people with arthritis? I'm loosing a lot of mobility.

Margaret, I remember that IU Health Rebound has a brochure about low-impact yoga, I believe. You could visit any Rebound location and browse their brochures and you will find it. If I'm remembering right:) I will also keep an eye out at home bc I know I have that brochure around.

Hi Margaret, I teach a (group) gentle hatha class on Tuesdays 4:30-5:30 at Yoga Mala and also work with people one-on-one with yoga and massage. What sort of arthritis & where/how is it affecting you? I'd be happy to talk with you about your specific needs to see if we are a good fit (and refer you on to others if we are not). PM me or call 320-1462. More info on me: www.earthdancehealingarts.com and www.yoga-mala.org Best of luck finding the best path for you to keep moving :-)

River Light Yoga in Nashville is also a resource.

Jessica, Lynda Mitchell Studios gracefully (and quietly) closed in November. A bit of a gap in our Btown yoga family!
