Can anyone recommend a holistic vet in the Philly area? We are getting a three legged corgi and I was given some advice that a chiropractic adjustment every few months...

There are several places that do chiropractic I think. They aren't necessarily part of a holistic practice though. I know that the Rockledge Veterinary Clinic does holistic and conventional work. I believe Fort Washington Veterinary Clinic does acupuncture, not sure about chiropractic. Here is a link for drs that may do chiropractic work, scroll down to the PA section.
I use Dr Mike Burak in Huntingdon Valley he might be able to suggest someone. If you come to the picnic you'll be able to meet him.

Jennifer, Awstin goes to West Chester Veterinary Rehabilitation Specialty Center for rehab which is in the same building as West Chester Veterinary. I am not sure how close that would be to Garnet Valley. Llyr went to the Rehab center for years. We really love it there. Our Vet at Rehab is also in the practice. It is also a 24 hr. Emergency Vet center. I am sorry to be responding to your post so late
