mike Foskey. I will tell you that one of the companies listed here that we needed a new HVAC system. We called him out and he told us that all we needed was a new part. Instead of paying for a new HVAC when we didn't need it. His number is 843-681-4328. Very reputable in area and honest.

to be clear, Elizabeth ... I am in the energy efficiency business, testing structures for building envelope integrity, air leakage, indoor air quality as well as proper planning, sizing, and effectiveness of HVAC systems ... I'm not familiar with all of these guys as I have been involved mostly with testing commercial buildings to US Army Corps of Engineers Standards ... but I do know who to stay away from and feel comfortable recommending Mike.
