Ive used Shefford Oseto int he past, when I put my bac out lifting the mutt into the bath. From memory (as it was about 2 years ago) it was £40 a session, I needed a few to get moving properly again. I've had a frozen shoulder and lower back pain and I've been having physio with David Shepperd he lives in sandy down St Neots Road and works from home couple of days a week. He is very good and uses lots of different techniques he is on 07776230327. Fully recommend him.

Not necessarily a physio, but I get regular sports massage with Sports Massage Bedford which is in Kempston - Ken Parsons can help pulls and niggles and keeps me going!!
