1. possible move of thermostat to midway up stairway, 2. Gary Taylor (Larry's brother) is an AC guy that works on the side - get Mikey to talk to him, I have the #, 3. portable room a/c, free standing as temp solution because if you sell you won't get much on return of adding a second unit for the upstairs 4. floor fan could draw air from upstairs to downstairs. The only way we keep ours balanced is the large LR ceiling fan on reverse pulling the warm air down...
