I've used Delightful Doggie Doo's and Kittie Klips Too LLC in Nampa in the past and they did a good job. I don't remember hte price but they can tell you over the phone. They only do cats a couple of days a week in order to avoid cats/dogs in at the same time.

Not sure the price for cats, but The Pet Lodge (Stoddard & Overland in Meridian) is pretty reasonable for my dogs. $85 ($40-45 a pup) I think for the two fluff balls + nail clipping + toothbrush. I'd imagine cats are less.
