See in the middle, that's the top of one of those pineapples, plus there are lilies, the rainbow chrisanths, and those flat pigs-ear looking things are called Anthuriums.

I know Octagon Flowers in Bolton do similar - she has these pink mini Pineaple stems in at the minute as well which look great in tropical arrangements like this (I was in there yesterday).
