When my husband was in a wheelchair I did not find any of the Falkirk companies reliable and sometimes not even helpful. On more than one occasion they sent an ordinary car when I specifically said wheelchair. I finished up buying my own converted car. Denny Taxis were good but now owned by Express I think. Driver Jim Prentice is great.
