Dusty at Phat Panda, Matt at Exile and Theresa at Handome Cabin boy are all excellent artists. I would use Dusty personally for just one main reason. I want the person putting ink into me to be someone who I can become friends with and of all of them h e has the most open and friendly demeanour. Your artist will be working on you for life. They only last 5-10 years. So if you don't click you could end up f**ked. Amber Dawn at Exile is also a total sweet heart and is learning but doesn't do too complex of pieces. - ps. I don't know if matt or Theresa are "friendly" or not I just haven't spent time with them so Im not saying they aren't.
