Tranquility Salon and Spa... ask for Jennifer Brower Horner, she is amazing! And they have different 'tiered' stylists whose prices depend on what tier they are. (The tiers I believe are based on schooling, some go to extra classes, conventions, etc). If you're looking for QUALITY, that's where you go.
