Not in eastie but very close, there's a car wash right over the bridge in Winthrop that a basic car wash is $3 and they have everything you could want for their higher tiers (wax, rain-x, tire shine). Make the trip out to Unique Car Care and get the car paint corrected and coated. Trust me, it is well worth the investment. Then find a good local place to do basic washes.
