I have enjoyed receiving and sending out care packages from Boulder Baked. They regularly receive such requests and they deliver.

Anything Bundt Cake is so good. I don't know if they deliver, but I'm sure you could probably coax someone here or on CL to drop them off.

For the past 2 years my mom has had a cake or cupcakes sent to me on my birthday from the same woman. The first year she delivered by bicycle (last year was too rainy) She also sent my mom a picture back home when she delivered them. They are fantastic... my favorite cakes ever I think. http://susansbakeryboulder.com/

Another vote for Piece Love & Chocolate delivery! A friend surprised me with that a year ago for my birthday and it is SO nice to receive as it is a bit more pricey and something people don’t generally buy for themselves:) Nothing Bundt Cakes is also an excellent option.

Insomnia Cookies! You can order giant cookies through their website and they deliver really fast.

Another option is Tee & Cakes. They have really cute, well decorated cupcakes. Not sure about delivery or PayPal, but you could call and find out!

Peace Love & Chocolate is also great, albeit a bit pricey.

We hope that she has made many great friendships while exploring our proud mountains. Happy birthday!!”

Maybe you should look into getting her a 3 month subscription to an organic box company, that will send her different products every month. http://www.organicbeautytalk.com/5-green-beauty-boxes-worth-the-subscription/
