There is a wonderful kid counselor at Blomquist Hale (801-262-9619) his name is Brock, he is great with kids (actually is their go-to for kids) and he is so calm you feel calm just being near him...
Holly! Sound like we have a close story. But mine has Aspergers with the ADHD and Anxiety. We started with Sam Goldsteins office. A good neuropsychologist is perfect start with evaluations. Samgoldstein.com (one of the best on the country and he's right in Salt Lake!)

There is a place in south Jordan that has a program on stimulating the brain. My sister has her 3 children in the program. Read the book, "Disconnected Kids, written by Dr. Robert Melillo. There is a short YouTube about the book. This is worth checking into.

First choice: [Atlanta Center for Cognitive Therapy](http://www.cognitiveatlanta.com). This is what they do. I know Mark Gilson, Michelle Endress, and Sara Shephard the best. I've referred to Gilson a LOT for OCD/Anxiety; he has written books on CBT for depression and trains others in CBT. Most therapists are on many insurance plans. They are near Lenox Pointe. But, [Anxiety & Stress Mgt](http://www.stressmgt.net/) is likely closer to you. If you are willing to drive, they have a good rep and Becky Beaton is a nationally known specialist in OCD and ERP. She, however, is not on any insurance plans; she does supervise others at the Center. NW, not far OTP. Good luck.

My husband and I saw Page Speiser. Her husband was a professor at BYU but they aren't Mormon. Because of this she was able to understand both perspectives. Saved my marriage. 275 E S Temple #101, Salt Lake City, UT 84111 (801) 531-7389

Malissa Morrell in SLC, I believe she's an exmo, which could be super helpful for you because she can understand what it's like to be in and out. I worry a nevermo couldn't possibly understand the damage that comes from within the church. Best of luck!
