Northumberland - barn at Beal - £20 ish but it makes me break my own rule of not using a site with a bar/restaurant as usually, they are not tranquil - 12 ish hardstanding pitches and a very small tent area and it's on the mainland end of the Lindisfarne causeway. https://www.tripadvisor.co.uk/Restaurant_Review-g504038-d1176521-Reviews-The_Barn_at_Beal-Berwick_upon_Tweed_Northumberland_England.html

Min Y Don in Harlech is really lovely and very close to a beautiful sandy beach. Harlech castle and Snowdonia are the back drop. The campsite has books of local walks you can borrow

Also Canterbury C&CC site is good and only 20 mins walk from city.
