You would need someone who also hand makes their own shirts, eg. Emma Willis, but I think you are going to have a hard time getting alterations done if you are not a customer. Can you send your shirts back to the maker for alterations? Maybe pay a tailor to do the measurements for alteration here and send the info and the shirts.
