Hall Heating and Air. They've never screwed me yet. Good to work with on the small repairs I've had. Stay away from Hiller, they work on commission and are motivated to oversell.

You will need to get a pool inspector for the pool. Tim Jackson, Gared edmunds and mike Davis for General home inspection. If you want radon testing as well you will need to let them know up front. You can also go to www.ky.gov and search for listens end inspectors there

Stay safe. Carbon Monoxide is no joke, it's a silent killer. If the battery and device is good - get that shit checked out. If in doubt call the fire department and they can check the air quality with a more sensitive piece of equipment to rule out a bad detector.
