Oh and another thing that helps if you dont use the baking/soda vinegar trick is Liquid Toilet bowl cleaner pour it in the drain let it sit for about 15 minutes then run fresh clean water through.

Steve, I am a gas contractor and work with Riddell Plumbing. I use them at my house and at my office when I need a plumber. Good honest, clean, reliable. Can't speak to whether they are inexpensive compared to others. I based my use on knowing their work was good. Good luck!
