Oh I thought we were talking getting our American pets into England to live with us. We bought a kitten in 1966 and when we moved from England to Indiana we had a crate made to put the kitten in. The vet gave us a pill for the cat to take before leaving for the states. We turned the cat in with our luggage. It was stowed in the underbelly of the plane we flew on. We had to go to the cargo terminal at JFK to pick her up. That was in January 67 and I haven't a clue how much we paid. Tom you had a very sweet deal. Just taking a taxi to London back then cost 10 pounds ($28).
