Definitely contact Danny at Daniel James building and maintenance. Him and his team did my bathroom but he does all aspects of building work. I believe he's just renovated the top floor of the oldest pub in Manchester into a 4 room bed and breakfast. The brewery company have now asked him to do the same to one of their pubs in Wales.
