there are websites that you can use to 'post' a complaint. *but* if the duct cleaning company who hired the harassing caller is in canada, an email to that compay describing how they are abusing the telephone system - include that 1-975 number - is usually enough. google the company to get contact information. If that canadian company continues, send a complaint to the provincial telephone company and to the CRTC. fyi, 975 is a Kansas City, Kansas area code. and it looks like Kansas City is Duct cleaning central for the moment... http://800 notes.com/AreaCode.aspx/1-975
