For a Ped I'd check to see if you have a local Pediatric Healthcare Alliance. https://www.pedialliance.com/ They have offices all over, great hours (evening and weekend) and the staff is awesome at every office I've been to.

I've always heard great things about ms. Mandy's, but my mother in law keeps kids in her home. Her name is Sandra Johnston and she lives in cedar ridge across from live oaks so she would be close. I think it's 85 per week. We pay by the day so I'm not 100%. It's not a huge house, but she keeps it clean and has individual stuff for each baby. Both of my girls have always stayed with her.
