I know a guy. Unfortunately, I'm out of town until Thursday so I don't have his whole name in my phone. I have him listed as Mark the Handyman. He is licensed and bonded and does most types of repairs. He has done quite a bit of work for Emmanuel Lutheran on Perry. His e mail is mjphs@netzero.net.
