Plato's Closet on Harvey Rd. next to Wolfies... I've been going there for years and they have great clothes for men and women. Idk if they have a large winter selection, because, ya know... Texas... but I'm sure they will have some to keep you warm. You can also try goodwill (2818 and Texas Ave) they have some clothes as well and will probably have more warm (though not always as trendy) clothes available.
