We can highly recommend Superior Power Washing in E Kingston. They power washed our large house, porch, deck, garage and then sprayed something on the garage roof that was all green with heavy moss. the moss disappeared, and that was 2 summers ago, and the roof still looks great, with no moss. They were very affordable.
