Manitou vet clinic! I took Katie there with the suggestion of a teeth cleaning (she's almost 13 and has some bad teeth) but since she's had a problem with a tooth before, the vet said he would hate to do the cleaning, charge me for it, then her bad tooth flare up and have to go back in. He said if it flares up, we'll just do everything all at once and it's best to just leave well enough alone. They also spayed my kitten Goose a year and a half ago and treated her WONDERFULLY. She ended up getting at her stitches so they saw her right away and gave her antibiotics for free. My kitty Halle also bit right through her tongue once and saw her in the time it took me to call them and bring her in, and it wasn't very expensive for any of their services. They're AMAZING! They're on Manitou Drive in Kitchener.

Gateway is a HUGE rip off! We have had dogs all our life and we have had the best care with Dr Close! He knows exactly what's he's doing, loves animals more than anything and won't rip you off. When our dog broke her back last year, we were in his office crying with him (he has a lab too so he was extra sensitive to our story) and we said we can't afford surgery for her. He assured us that if we did what he asked, she wouldn't need surgery. And she didn't! Lola is running and doing everything she was doing before her injury and better yet....when we talked about price, he said "you just pay me whatever you can afford" He is absolutely amazing! Be sure to see HIM though if you take your pet there. They have other vets but he is the BEST by far!!!
