Jim Mohr Full Disclosure. Gerry Penn Jersey is a sponsor of SFN. They are one of the few RREM pathway b contractors who finished all their projects there and they have a 7.5 million dollar bond too. I would reach out to them. Keep us up to date with how things go.... Good luck

What Joyce DiSorco said...I talked to at least 10 contractors, narrowed down to 2 Penn Jersey and Frankowski based on their estimates (not the lowest of the 6 I got), talked to LOTS of people who used them and went with PennJersey because of the people they had who knew RREM...they are awesome..just getting back home now after 6 months. Gerry is a great guy and knows the business but also has a heart for his customers.
