JK Legal, Mortimer St Ipswich. I’ve used JK for the last six houses (buying and selling). The only reason I’m not using them for this next purchase is it’s not in QLD, but will be using them for selling my current house.

KNR Legal - Northlakes. They do everything by phone and email so you never meet them. Pretty good rates too. Kate gave me some free legal advice unrelated to the purchase too.

recently went with Kristy at ownit surveyancing which im sure i found as a recommendation on this sub years ago. I found them great - communication was done via email and they always responded quickly. The only time i actually spoke to them was after settlement where they rung to tell me it all had been done and congrats.
