Tammy Todisman Folkerts - I saw Dr. Campbell as well, he left his practice to teach. None of the doctors at that location are accepting anymore of his patients. I have a new patient appt with Dr. Bhutto February 5 th - give the DePaul location a call and see what they can do 209-5100.
