I do an outdoor class which is a hybrid of jogging and body weight exercises like squats etc and we regularly walk the steps and in summer workout on parks, fields with equipment to. Any fitness ability will be perfectly ok and the other participants are just lovely!!!! Small group so lots of attention and care for whole body total fitness ! Hope that helps. I do lots of different types of fitness classes so please check the website and come back to me with queries. Streetfitter which is the 1 iv mentioned here is wed at 6:15 for an hour.

In bridgnorth we run four of our sessions at Castlefields School on Mondays and thursdays 3.30 - 5.30 and also on wednesdays at st Marys school 3.20 - 4.20. You could drop them off or I could get them...all I ask is that you price them up as you wish X

Bridgnorth Running Club is great fun - we meet Mondays and Thursdays at 7 pm under the Town Hall. Wide range of abilities. I am part of the very slow group (politely called the steadies!) who take 15 minutes longer than the speediest group to run 5 k!!

To be fair, I started at Leisure Centre but, as Catherine says ~ the gyms at Telford (which, admittedly are a pain to drive to) have a lot more facilities. I am also a member of DW Sports.....and I would also look at the Nuffield one if I was looking again.
