Don Downey has retired from doing building inspections but he has passed on his details to another builder Richard Dean. Richard did our pre-purchase inspection and we were happy with the result. He works in conjunction with Cam Reid who does the pest inspection (so you only have to pay one fee for the 2 inspections). Richard Deans number is 0408 691702
