I live in the UK and I know of nowhere that sells loose foods in bulk. I am sick of plastic packaging for things that just don't need it, but don't know where to go....

I'm a little embarrassed that Leicester wholefood Coop exists and I have never heard of or seen it! I've been living in Hinckley/Leicester for 30 years now! I shall definitely be paying them a visit this weekend, if just to see what the price comparisons are on fruit/veg compared to Abel & Cole. Thanks Lyn!:D

loads of loose food shops here http://plasticisrubbish.com/2015/08/16/refill-stores/
Tom M. replied:
I am in the Midlands. Sorry, should have been clearer. There's a place down in Brighton called hisbe (How It Should Be) where they break the pricing down for you as well as buying local produce, earth-friendly products and reduced packaging goods, but that's about a 4 hour drive away! www.hisbe.co.uk

Wholefoods Cheltenham stock a huge amount of dry goods if you are South of Birmingham. Most of their dry bulk will store well so I go every 6-8 weeks it's a trek.
John C. replied:
Alligator Wholefoods in York does some loose things like cereals, nuts, dried fruit, and I think 'fill own' washing up liquid, as well as unwrapped loose organic fruit n veg.

Might be worth a look on Kate's page here: http://plasticisrubbish.com/2014/11/26/where-to-buy/

Hi Tinka Carrick sometimes it just takes a little readjustment of the carrier, just tweaking the fitting to ensure it's optimum comfort and safety for you and your not so little one. I'm over on the Babywearing Burgess Hill Page, feel free to pm me or message in the page. Can offer you a consult to see if I can help with your current carrier, and/or try something different on.
