We went to Samples World Bistro in Longmont last week and there were some German dishes on the menu. They had a cabbage dish that I am still craving! Everything is served tapas style. Bonus-they are committed to hiring staff members with intellectual disabilities!

Golden Europe in Arvada! They're Czech but serve some good German and Austrian food as well. They reopen in August (vacation for July). Although, most kids want the American experience while here not what they'd get back home. Enjoy!
