Hi, know this has been asked before but can't find previous posts. Can anyone recommend a conveyancer solicitor for buying and selling a house?? Thanks in advance!
Alice P. replied:
Jessica Lippiat at Barcan + Kirby was absolutely fantastic
Fay P. replied:
Ann Cook at Bachelor Sharp is currently acting for us and we've been very impressed. Responds to emails immediately, paperwork sent as promised and promptly and has a very no nonsense attitude which I think you need in our country's ridiculous conveyancing process!
Andy C. replied:
Linda Shipway; http://www.lindashipway.co.uk Seriously no nonsense (Fay I compelling agree with you!), used her twice following a recommendation from friends and have happily recommended her several times myself.
Nobby G. replied:
Marisse Stockwell at Ocean Southville.
Clive H. replied:
Peter Burrows - just round the corner from the Hen & Chicken. Old school, just him and a secretary. Have used many times. I have no hesitation in recommending him:)
Rob F. replied:
Rebecca Browne at Barcan Kirby on North Street is brilliant.
I'm sure I've seen some posts on here about Trademark and Patent lawyers.
Are there any recommendations for good ones local to Cheltenham?
Helen E. replied:
Karen Hensman can advise on this one:)
Karen H. replied:
Thank you Helen Eade! I am a trade mark attorney based in Bristol but to be honest I have clients all over the world. Skype, email and telephone means we no longer need to be in exactly the same place. Can I answer a question here? Or you can pm me or call. If you want to do some homework to see who I am my website is www.innovateip.co.uk

Karen C. replied:
Malcolm Buck on Sandy Park rd was brilliant
Steve J. replied:
Jean Fraser is excellent, tell her I gave you her details. Cook Painter www.cps-sols.co.uk 314 Wells Road, Bristol BS4 2QG 0117 977 7403

Ann Cook at Batchelor Sharp in kingswood
Jo G. replied:
Cooke Painter in Sandy Park are really good we've just used them and had a hassle free buy/sell all completed in less than 9 weeks:)
Shelley H. replied:
I recommend not going for the cheapest option, if you pay peanuts you get monkeys. My buyer used a cheap firm and they caused so many delays. I used Malcolm Buck on Sandy Park Road, he was great.
