I don't know Halfords, but you have a lot of possibility here in Brno - there is as example BB Cyklosport (www.kola-online.cz) - they have two shops a little bit on outside of Brno, but still reachable by Bus/Tram, then you have www.pepebike.cz - it is a smaller one, but most of the stuff they have in the shop, www.cyklomania.cz - was never there, but looks big from outside. Would recommend you to join the group Biking in Brno - there will be definitely people able to help you. I personally order most of the stuff online.
