This dude is a friend of mine and former student and he is a badass lawyer, unfortunately, probably expensive and if you as a foreigner have a dispute with a Czech landlord, you are at a disadvantage. But as a renter, just tell her piss off and don't pay the last month or two rent before you move. The eviction process here takes about as long. petr.sivara@seznam.cz

I doubt he does this..but I'll just throw this name in. Radim Kuchta. I used him to attack/get revenge on employers and landlords. English speaker. Great guy and his office is in the IBC. Worth a try as he is a pleasure to work with and drink with..:D
