I have a dog, but I must recommend vet, who does both dogs and cats. https://www.veterinarkucera.cz/ - in Bohunice. He´s teacher in Vet University in Brno and he explains everything to his clients - maybe that´s why he is so trustful for me. He also offers you alternatives of therapy and he tells his expectations - then you choose. And he talks many languages.
