You're probably a bit stuffed. All the chiros/osteos round here tend to book up well in advance. I have used Lymington Chiropractic Clinic in the past for a dislocated rib, they were very good. If you're struggling, try sports physios too, one in Pennington and one who works out of the leisure centre, she comes with rave reviews I'm told.
