Seaside internet is the best around besides fiber op.

I'd probably just stick with Bell Fibreop. Eastlink and Seaside should be there as alternatives though. It's not much different between what's available in Halifax. Out in the sticks Eastlink might not be available, but Seaside usually is, and once they get to a hub they hijack Eastlink anyway.
