check out the newsletters and/or join the websites: simple savings and cheapskates and down-to-earth; make your own cleaning products, a good recipe resource is wendyl nissan; knit discloths, they are reusable; make recyclable paper towels from old sheets and towels; change pet diet to a natural one that includes regular bones, eg Dr Bruce Syme.
