Anyone know a dentist in gainesville that takes Medicaid for adults.

It's actually in Brooker, but when I had an emergency they took me in within 24 hours. (352) 485-2772 They'll be closed until July 3 rd.

We go to Milhopper Family Dentistry. I have heard Acorn is really cheap, but you have to wait a couple weeks for an appointment. I know quite a few people who have used acorn for dental emergencies since they are so cheap http://www.acornclinic.org/dental.php

Gentle dental is awesome. They are family owned and they don't work with any insurance companies specifically so that they can make their own calls. NOT Aspen dental. They will do payment plans, but their work is crap. My husband has had the same filling replaced four times since February! They suck.

Literally just came to /GNV to ask the same question. Have you called anywhere yet? A while back, I was on the CHOICES program and remember going to James Palladino's office a few times, near I-75/the Oaks Mall. They might offer affordable dental care for those without insurance, been meaning to call.

Also worth checking out is a service called Care Credit. Basically a credit card but only for medical related things(works for your pets too!) Won't make anything cheaper but they offer 6,12,18 month payoff with no interest depending on how much it costs. Used this to pay off my wisdom teeth extraction, way better than 2 k upfront. Also not every dentist accepts them but I know University family dentristy does, also Caton & Taylor for extractions.
