I believe The Sweet Spot carries Redding Roasters coffee. The decaf that they sell is Swiss water processed if my memory serves me correctly.

I'm not disagreeing with you on the method in which they decaffeinate coffee, but the fact that because the chemical on its own is harmful means the process is harmful. Here's a link that explains how it is not actually harmful: http://www.berkeleywellness.com/healthy-eating/food/article/decaf-healthy-choice "In any case, the residue in decaf is virtually nil, and there’s no evidence of any danger for humans drinking decaf."

I actually have to check now where our Wholesale distributor at The Alpenhaus, gets their coffee and how it is processed. Dang it!
