Lane Turowski does awesome work. His wife, Ana, also does wonderful work. Google him for more info. I spent an evening at his shop but was so overwhelmed, I didn't schedule anything!

I think Skully in Waukesha (Jedi Tattoo) does the best work in town. Also, the guys at Waukesha Tattoo Company do very good work. That said, I suggest checking out several artists, their work and talk with them. You'll be in the chair for awhile, so be comfortable with the artist along with the work they do.
