if i lived closer i'd come over and try to fix it. if andrew can't help, call this number, 763-572-9839 or 952-890-7578 or 612-861-6425. company is d.c.annis. we use them. if you mention you saw them on a magnet at a friends, they'll give $10 off. and they say low rates. i can't remember what we paid but it wasn't more than $100 for sewer work.
