I use Elkhorn for electrical but I use Cooper Heating for my furnace. They actually work WITH Costco so I was in Costco a few yrs ago made an appt with a the Cooper Heating rep there they came out and quoted me and I was also able to earn Costco cash for the following year so my furnace actually cost me less since it works like a rebate of course the Costco thing only works if you have a Costco membership. . And I also used them to install my new sewer line (no Costco rebate) they were very neat and when my yard had settled and i had a dip in the yard they came back and refilled it within a day at no charge. Their techs are always friendly and neat.

Deb, what's happening to the heater? What is it doing. Something as simple as not keeping lit when it starts could just be an easy fix. The people at Bear Vally Appliance helped me and I replaced the heating element (2 screws). Good luck.
