If you do consider a chiro or osteo please educate yourself on the risks for children. Catalyst on ABC recently had a show that highlighted that chiros don't necessarily have the appropriate training for developing skeletons and some can border on quackery. That said I took my baby to a very gentle osteo Patrick Carr in Manuka, to help with feeding difficulties and was very pleased with his approach and results.

Embodying Health Mawson shops helped my son

We go to Hope chiropractic at Gunghlin both my kids, 5 years and 15 months, have had regular adjustments from birth, neither have ever had any sleep issues but I put that down to a good routine. Save Our Sleep is worth a look for routines. But I will say they do seem to sleep even better after an adjustment:)

I second Lachie and Vanessa at living Chiro. My son was born face presenting (with his neck flexes back instead of chin tucked in) so he had a lot of tension in his neck and upper back muscles etc. he has been going to Vanessa since he was a couple of months old and now my husband and I also get adjustments from her as well. Very thorough, but gentle and good natured for the little guy:-)
Karmen D. replied:
Lachlan and Vanessa are great but if your not a northsider try chiro health works (woden) dr Andrew Norwood is lovely!!
Nicole R. replied:
Another one who highly recommends Living Chiropractic
Bernadette M. replied:
Can I suggest that you try a paediatric Osteopath instead? It is gentler and also addresses any muscle issues. Maxwell Fraval in Kambah did wonders for my LO. BTW we tried a Chiro first and it didn't resolve the issues from her difficult birth. Only the osteo helped:)
