Benton County Electric System, offers a great high efficiency heating/cooling loan program sponsored by TVA. Anita French, at Electric System is in charge of this program & can explain better than I. They will recommend what you need after installers have completed installation TVA & Anita will do an inspection. I dont know all of the installers that participate in program, but Anita will know. It is a great program!

talk to Kevin Brewer, he does work with Shane Sullivan. Shane now works at Palmers but used to sell Carrier for years. I have my hybrid units from him.
